Welcome to RALI! By accessing our site, joining our waiting list, or using our platform, you

agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our

services.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of RALI's website, community platform, and related services. By

accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Age Restrictions

RALI is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. By using our platform, you confirm

that you meet this age requirement.

We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from anyone under 18 years old.

If we discover such data has been collected, it will be promptly deleted.

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Exercise caution and sound judgment when engaging with other members, particularly

in-person.

• Refrain from posting harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content.

• Avoid unauthorized access, data scraping, or disruption of our services.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

RALI’s Guiding Principles

At RALI, we are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space where members

feel seen, heard, and valued. In alignment with our guiding principles, all members are expected

to respect and adhere to the following community standards:

🚫Zero Tolerance for Bullying or Harassment

Bullying, intimidation, or targeted harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes

verbal abuse, passive-aggressive comments, exclusionary behavior, or attempts to shame or

discredit others. We reserve the right to take immediate action—including warnings,

suspensions, or permanent bans—if this behavior is reported and verified.

🛑Politics-Free Zone

RALI is intentionally designed as a bipartisan, politics-free community. Members may not post,

discuss, or reference political candidates, parties, campaigns, or divisive political topics in any

form. This allows us to maintain a space focused on connection, purpose, and personal growth.

💼No Selling or Solicitation

RALI is a no-pitch environment. Direct sales, promotions, affiliate links, or unsolicited offers are

not allowed in community spaces. Members may not use RALI to market their own products or

services unless specifically invited by RALI through an approved program, such as our curated

Marketplace or a featured expert collaboration.

Our motto: Share value, don’t sell. People like to buy—but don’t like to be sold to.

Every interaction within RALI should embody our shared principles—Respect, Authenticity,

Lifelong Learning, and Inclusive Impact. We welcome different viewpoints, and we believe that

disagreement, when expressed with empathy and curiosity, helps us grow. We ask that all

members engage with the intent to connect, not to convince or control.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all

activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on RALI, including text, graphics, and software, is our property or licensed to us.

You may not use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability for Member Interactions

Member Safety and Responsibility

Members are solely responsible for the decisions they make when interacting with other

members, both online and in-person.

RALI does not verify the identity, background, or intentions of its members and cannot

guarantee their conduct.

By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that RALI is not liable for any harm, loss, or

damages resulting from your interactions with other members.

Disclaimer for In-Person Meetings

RALI encourages members to take precautions when meeting in person. We recommend:

• Meeting in public spaces and informing someone you trust about your plans.

• Using discretion when sharing personal information with other members.

RALI is not responsible for monitoring offline interactions or ensuring the safety of members

who choose to meet in person. You agree to assume all risks associated with such meetings.

Survey Participation

By completing the waiting list survey, you grant RALI permission to use your responses to

enhance our services and offerings. Data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion,

without prior notice, including for violations of our Community Standards.

RALI may, at its discretion, review termination decisions upon written request. However, we

reserve the right to make all final determinations regarding membership eligibility and access.

Changes to These Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, community

standards, or applicable laws. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

By continuing to use RALI after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.

Platform Hosting & Third-Party Services

RALI is hosted on the Circle platform. By participating in RALI, you also agree to Circle’s

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern the technical infrastructure, data

handling, and platform operations. RALI is not responsible for outages, bugs, or other

service interruptions caused by Circle or its third-party integrations.

Payment & Refund Policy

Founding RALI Membership fees are non-refundable, as they support the foundational

growth of the community. Membership pricing and renewal terms are outlined on our

website and may change over time. By submitting payment, you agree to the posted pricing

and renewal terms at the time of purchase.

Member Content & Contributions

By posting or sharing content within the RALI platform, you grant RALI a non-exclusive,

royalty-free license to display and use that content within the community. You retain

ownership of your contributions and may request removal of personal posts at any time.

RALI reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates our standards.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to

conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the

appropriate courts of Colorado.
